I offer both flat project fees and hourly rates, depending entirely on the nature of your project and your business needs.

For projects with a highly defined scope, a flat fee gives you financial predictability. For ongoing development, maintenance, or projects with evolving requirements (like early-stage SaaS platforms), working on an hourly basis usually makes the most sense. Everything starts with a discovery chat or video call to deeply understand your requirements and business goals.

Once we agree on the scope and timeline, a 50% deposit secures your spot in my schedule. From there, I build the first working draft or MVP. We then go through dedicated revision rounds to polish the product. Upon your final approval and final payment, I deliver the code and handle the deployment.

I want you to be absolutely thrilled with the final product. To ensure this, flat-fee projects include two comprehensive rounds of revisions.

If you need additional revisions beyond those two rounds, or if you decide to add major new features outside of our initial scope (scope creep happens, and that's okay!), that extra work is simply billed at my standard hourly rate.

I'm a big believer in asynchronous communication. It lets me maintain the deep focus I need to write clean, high-quality code for your project.

My preferred channel for tracking tasks and bugs is a ticket-system like GitLab. For day-to-day updates and quick questions, I prefer Slack or Email. We can, of course, schedule regular video calls to discuss major milestones, but async keeps the project moving efficiently.

I am based in Vienna, Austria (CET/CEST).

Because my workflow heavily relies on highly organized, asynchronous communication, I regularly work with clients across multiple timezones. As long as we can find a small overlap for our necessary milestone meetings, timezone differences are rarely an issue.
